How We Started This Journey

Back in 2019, three of us were sitting in a cramped Melbourne coffee shop, frustrated by how disconnected most business education felt from actual entrepreneurship. We'd all been through the startup grind ourselves – the sleepless nights, the pivot decisions, the funding rejections that somehow led to breakthroughs.

What bothered us wasn't just the theoretical nature of most programs, but how they missed the psychological side entirely. Building a startup isn't just about market analysis and financial projections. It's about managing uncertainty, dealing with imposter syndrome, and learning to make decisions when you don't have enough data.

That conversation led to osmarivento. Not because we thought we had all the answers, but because we knew what questions actually mattered when you're trying to build something from nothing.

Between us, we've launched twelve companies, failed with five of them, and learned something valuable from each experience. We bring together backgrounds in fintech, sustainable business, behavioral economics, and educational psychology.
